Promising a modern design with cutting-edge technology, the VF7 aims to provide a mix of performance and sustainability. VinFast Philippines says they are targeting young executives and starter families for the VF7.

The VF7 comes in two variants—the VF7 S and the VF7 Plus. The S serves as the entry-level model with an SRP of P 1,888,000, while the VF7 Plus is the range-topping version with a P 2,552,000 price tag.

It comes in six colors: Brahimny White, Crimson Red, Neptune Gray, Jet Black, DeSat Silver, and Deep Ocean.

Either way, the VF7 measures in at 4,545 mm in length, 1,890 mm in width, and 1,635 in height. Its wheelbase—2,840 mm—allows it to accommodate a sizeable battery. 59.6-kWh in the S and 75.3-kWh in the Plus. The VF7 S has a single electric motor with 174 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, while the VF 7 Plus has a dual motor setup with a combined 348 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The powertrain and battery configuration allows it to go between 375 kilometers (VF7 S) to 431 kilometers (VF7 Plus) on a single charge.

The VF7 seats five adults and comes with features such as “smart keyless entry, dual zone climate control, Vegan Leather” seats with ventilation, and an 8-way powered driver’s seat. The infotainment system size ranges from 12.9 inches to 15.6 inches depending on variant. The VF7 Plus gets additional convenience features such as a 90-watt USB Type C charger, wireless charging, WiFi connection/hotspot capability, ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof.

In terms of safety, it has at least 6 SRS airbags, ABS with EBD, stability control, blind spot detection, and parking sensors all around with a rearview camera. The VF7 Plus goes further with a 360-degree camera and thanks to a multitude of sensors, achieves Level 2 self-driving tech with features such as lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, and forward collision warning with automatic braking.
