Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI) is enhancing the skills and knowledge of their aftersales service department through a five-day “intensive” workshop.
24 participants from Jetour’s dealerships from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao received in-depth training on key technical areas, including:
- Model Introduction – Participants were familiarized with Jetour’s latest models, including design updates and new engineering advancements
- Technical Specifications – Participants were oriented in a detailed examination of performance metrics, engine specifications, and component functionality of all Jetour models
- Features and Characteristics – The technical staff was also exposed to comprehensive reviews of the latest vehicle features and their unique characteristics
- Bulletins and Advisories – Participants were also kept up to date with essential safety bulletins, service advisories, and best practices gathered from all Jetour Auto dealerships and offices worldwide
- Special Tools and Functions – Participants also underwent practical training on specialized tools and functions to enhance repair accuracy and efficiency
Thats the same route Geely has taken when they opened up their dealerships. Training here and there. Then everybody knows what happened next.
