Porsche Philippines Launches 2025 911 Carrera (992.2)

Porsche Philippines brings in the revised 911 sportscar. With its refreshed styling, improved aerodynamics, and fully digital cockpit experience, the arrival of the 911 Carrera heralds a new era for the legendary sportscar.

Now carrying the 992.2 designation, the 2025 Porsche 911 carries a new headlight design. While it maintains its characteristic four-point graphic, all lighting elements are now integrated into the matrix LED unit enabling engineers to delete the front driving lights for the first time. This has allowed for the installation of a new bumper with an increased cooling area.

At the back, the refresh is subtle. The rear grille’s five fin design connects to the rear window and to the retractable spoiler. The LED light strip and “PORSCHE” logo now appear deeper and wider, while the number plate is now positioned higher than before. Staggered wheels—20s at the front (245/35R20) and 21s at the back (315/30R21)—are standard equipment. As always, the 911 Carrera receives dual rectangular tail pipes.

Powering the 2025 911 Carrera is a 3.0-liter flat-6 with twin turbocharging. Comprehensively changed, including the adoption of the intercooler from the 911 Turbo models, it delivers a power boost to 394 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque. Paired with the 8-speed dual clutch (PDK) and the standard Sport Chrono package, 0 to 100 km/h is done in just 3.9 seconds, while top speed is 294 km/h. Compared to its predecessor, this represents an improvement of 0.1 seconds and 1 km/h, respectively.

Inside, the new 911 Carrera now boasts of a fully digital gauge cluster. The 12.6-inch curved display can be customized and offers up to seven views, including a “Classic” display that’s inspired by the five-tube Porsche dial design. Also new is the steering wheel with a revised control concept and a push-button starter that replaces the traditional twist start. Standard features include the 14-way Porsche Comfort seats with ventilation/heating and a 12-speaker Bose sound system.

For the 2025 911 Carrera, the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system now boasts of a 10.9-inch screen with enhanced Apple CarPlay integration. If desired, it displays information in the instrument cluster and enables the operation of vehicle functions directly in the Apple ecosystem, for example via the Siri voice assistant. A wireless charger with cooling also comes as standard.

The 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera is now available for orders at Porsche Philippines. Exact pricing depends on application.
