Leading up to the appointment of Elite Motors Commercial Incorporated as its new dealer in Pampanga, Motor Image Pilipinas, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in the country, held a track experience with the Subaru Club Philippines (SCP) and selected clients.
The event, which happened at the Clark International Speedway, offered an opportunity for Subaru owners to push their vehicles to the limit in a safe, controlled environment. Participants were guided by professional instructors by familiarizing them on the track and showcasing the best racing lines and techniques.
It was also a good venue for Subaru to showcase its core technologies—the horizontally-opposed (Boxer) engine, Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, and Subaru Global Platform.
Capping the event off, participants took “taxi rides” with professional race car drivers in the Subaru BRZ, WRX, and WRX Wagon.
Events such as the Subaru Track Day is a testament to Motor Image Pilipinas’ commitment to supporting its patrons, including members of the Subaru Club of the Philippines. It also allowed everyone to develop their driving skills and foster camaraderie within the local Subaru community.
