This 2025 Chevrolet Captiva Clocked In 100,000 Kilometers To Prove Its Durability

Proving the robustness of their new 7-seater MPV, Chevrolet Philippines’ road testing team pushed the 2025 Captiva in a grueling endurance test, clocking in 100,000 kilometers in just 85 days. A testament to its engineering reliability, it’s proof that the reborn Captiva is the one of the toughest and most durable MPVs in the market today.

Covering a demanding daily average of 1,176 kilometers, it was no leisurely drive for the Captiva. Yet, it managed to maintain its performance throughout with no major parts needing replacement. This reflects the bowtie brand’s commitment to providing vehicles that families can rely on for years to come as well as the skill of Chevrolet’s maintenance team who kept the Captiva in optimal running condition.

“Filipino families treat their vehicles as more than just their means of transportation; they need them to be versatile workhorses, integral to their everyday lives,” says HARI Vice Chairman, President and CEO Maria Fe Perez-Agudo. “At Chevrolet, this endurance test is solid proof of the reliability that customers expect from us. The Captiva is built to last. Backed by a strong aftersales and maintenance network, customers can rely on us every step of the way.”

The all-new Captiva is HARI’s first offering as the official distributor of Chevrolet in the Philippines. Now available at all authorized Chevrolet dealers, it comes in two variants—LTZ (P 1,258,000) and Premier (1,408,000) and White, Gray, Red, and Black.

Even Nissan Philippines did that when they've tested the current generation Almera
