The facility can accommodate a six-car showroom, an 85-square-meter customer lounge, and an open workshop layout. Additional features include dedicated negotiation spaces and a two-car releasing area, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for every customer.

BYD Greenfield opens its showroom from Monday through Sunday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and aftersales services are available from Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
