Parts Everywhere: Geely Motor Philippines' New Parts Center Spells End To Owner Woes


Geely Motor Philippines announces the opening of its new parts center this month. This move marks a step forward in the brand’s commitment to enhance its aftersales service, and provide support to its customer base.

Located in Cabuyao, Laguna, the newly-operational Parts Center features a 4,700-square meter facility that will streamline inbound and outbound operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of genuine Geely parts nationwide.

“This new parts center is one of our steps to fulfill our dedication to provide the best possible ownership experience for our loyal customers. By optimizing our parts logistics and inventory management, we aim to minimize downtime for our customers and ensure they have access to the genuine parts.” says Will Wan, President, Geely Motor Philippines.

Geely Motor Philippines’ new parts center is open six days a week, facilitating smooth inbound operations from both local and foreign suppliers. Outbound deliveries will be executed nationwide, leveraging a combination of air express for urgent orders and land/sea travel for normal and stocking orders.

The current inventory includes a comprehensive range of parts, including maintenance (PMS), warranty, Body, Repair and Paint (BRP) parts, lubricants/chemicals, accessories, merchandise, special service tools, and consumables. Incoming shipments for the current and next month are planned to maintain a healthy stock level, minimizing potential delays, and ensuring user satisfaction.

  1. Typical Chinese business model. Benta kotse at all cost after sales comes after. OK naman china cars it's just that if wala comprehensive na after sales parang fly by night ang labas nila

    This warehouse is simply an add on bonus.

  5. Geely has addressed as to what people say is the number 1 problem of the brand, same with other Chinese brands.. The next thing Geely has to do is launch new exciting vehicles and build the brand again like GAC did..
