Mitsubishi Talisay, one of the latest Mitsubishi dealers in Cebu, is steadily growing to be the preferred Mitsubishi dealer for the Talisaynon motoring community.
A new dealership, Mitsubishi Talisay was formally inaugurated just last June 2023. Under the leadership of General Manager Jan Aaron Zabala, the dealership has quickly captured the loyalties of its clientele, and for good reasons.
Zabala, a Mitsubishi veteran with seven years of experience with the brand, enumerated his dealership’s best practices: “Our team is committed to excellence with our products and services, we listen to our clients’ needs to properly address and provide them the best customer service,” Zabala shared. “We offer best deals package when in it comes to sales, to assure the best possible deal that our clients can avail,” he added.
The Mitsubishi Talisay dealership occupies a total area of 6,000 square meters, hosting a seven-vehicle showroom and the largest Mitsubishi Service Center nationwide.
With Talisay City’s growing population and urbanization, “The Mirage, specifically the G4 Sedan, is the best-selling model due to its practicality that suits Cebu market, together with the best-selling MPV, the Xpander,” Zabala noted.
Where Mitsubishi Talisay really excels in is service and maintenance. Their service center—the largest nationwide—can receive three customers every 20 minutes for the Service Workshop, or four units per hour for Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS).
Zabala proudly shared how efficiently their service department operates: “For Mitsubishi Quick Service or MQS, 60 minutes per unit including car wash. For major PMS, one to two hours, including carwash.” Zabala added, “We perform periodic maintenance, general repair job, warranty and body repair, and rust proofing.”
A workshop is only as good as its staff, and Zabala is quick to point out, “We have two Master Technicians, three Level 2 Technicians that can cater and perform any job type.”
Because the Mitsubishi Talisay service center is exclusively for Mitsubishi vehicles, they have invested in Mitsubishi-specific MQS equipment, including a wheel aligner, tire changer, wheel balancer, and dust collector, ensuring that your Mitsubishi is diagnosed and serviced properly right from the start. They also have the biggest customer lounge, with free Wi-Fi and refreshments for customers while their units are being serviced.
Mitsubishi Talisay also accepts insurance claims for in-house and non-in-house insurance as well. A separate BRP facility guarantees that insurance workflow is uninterrupted and repaired vehicles are released as soon as possible, getting customers back on the road in the shortest time.
