Share this on:

Electric vehicle pioneer Tesla made a big splash in the Philippine automotive industry as it displayed the Model 3 and Model Y at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).

Showgoers will get to see the new Model Y in its new and exclusive color, Glacier Blue. The Model Y holds the distinction of being the best-selling car in the world for two consecutive years—a remarkable feat given it’s managed to leapfrog both its EV competitors and its internal combustion engine counterparts.

The new Model Y offers enhanced features for 2025 and happens to incorporate new technologies and improved ride comfort. With orders for the “Launch Edition” closed, Tesla Philippines is offering the Model Y in two variants—the Rear-Wheel Drive at P 2,369,000 and the AWD Long Range at P 2,689,000.

Meanwhile, Tesla’s entry-level Model 3 is also on display. Also updated to offer an even longer range and a more premium interior, it’s also been made quieter and more refined. The Performance variant is also capable of super car levels of acceleration, going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds.

The Philippines has four models of the Model 3 on offer with the Rear-Wheel Drive starting at P 2,109,000. This is followed by the AWD Long Range at P 2,489,000, and capped off by the Performance at P 3,099,000.

All Tesla vehicles sold by Tesla Philippines have access to the brand’s growing Supercharging network. Currently, it’s located at Uptown Mall in BGC, Mall of Asia, Shangri-La Mall, and Eastwood City. Plans for additional charging sites are already in motion, further enhancing accessibility for Tesla drivers.

Tesla is also offering the Home Charging Program to offer a complimentary Wall Connector for new owners to charge at home.
