The VF 6 is one of the newest offerings from Vietnam’s homegrown automaker. Designed in collaboration with Torino Design, it sports a balanced design evoking human connection and technology. Measuring in at 4,241 mm in length, 1,820 mm in width, and 1,580 mm in height, the VF 6 has exterior features such as automatic headlights, heated sideview mirrors, and 19-inch alloy wheels.

It comes in five exterior colors: Infinity Blanc (White), Jet Black, Crimson Red, Zenith Gray, and Urban Mint.

The long 2,730 mm wheelbase helps sandwich a 59.6-kWh lithium-ion battery underneath. What’s more, it frees up a wealth of cabin space backed up by technology such as a 12.9-inch infotainment screen, dual zone climate control, rain-sensing wipers, 8-way power driver’s seat, and more.

The VF 6 comes in two variants in the Philippines—the VF 6 Eco and the VF 6 Plus. The Eco variant is priced at P 1,419,000, while the Plus variant is priced at P 1,610,000.

One of the major differentiators is the powertrain. Both variants may have front-wheel drive, but the Eco variant has 177 horsepower and 250 Nm to the Plus’ 204 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque. Quoted range is 480 kilometers and 460 kilometers for the Eco and Plus, respectively. Further differentiating the two, the VF 6 Eco charges up to 7.4 kW on AC power, while the Plus does it at 11 kW.

Not only will the VF 6 come with a comprehensive 7-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty, but VinFast has introduced an innovative buyback program wherein they will offer up to 90 percent of the vehicle’s original value in case a customer isn’t satisfied or wants to trade-in to another VinFast model.

In addition, VinFast will also roll out its own network of chargers. Called V-Green, each purchase of the VF 6 will come with free charging credits.

Customer deliveries of the VF 6 starts first with the Eco variant in May 2025, with the Plus variant following soon thereafter.
