Kaicene, or better known as the “brand formerly known as Changan,” is starting the last quarter of 2020 with cash discounts on its entire line-up this month. Already known for its value-oriented positioning, the small truck and MPV Chinese brand is offering discounts that drop their retail price by around 10 percent.
