Is The Philippines Missing Out On The 2026 Nissan Sentra?
It’s been around five years since Nissan opted out of the compact car segment here in the Philippines, but that doesn’t mean that they’re out of it altogether elsewhere in the world. Case in point is the ninth-generation Nissan Sentra (fifth-generation Sylphy) which has just been launched.

Review: 2011 Nissan Sentra 200 CVT
The Nissan Sentra has long been the bridesmaid of the compact car segment. Rarely has it been considered as best in class, but neither has it been dismissed as a cellar dweller. Through its different iterations (including the time it was called Exalta), the Sentra hasn’t really offered anything spectacular in any department be it performance or interior space; nonetheless, it quietly continued to sell well enough to keep Nissan in the picture. It certainly took a while, but after almost a decade, Nissan has gotten its act together by simplifying the Sentra line. With a single engine and a choice of two transmissions, can the all-new Sentra 200 finally bring Nissan into contention in the compact car market?

Review: 2004 Nissan Sentra 180GT and GS
The last time a Nissan Sentra set foot on the Subic International Raceway was when the dollar exchanged for 26 pesos and the president still totted a cigar. During this time, I was literally wearing shorts and learning about girls for the first time. This clean-slate attitude probably makes me the most qualified in writing about the 2004 Nissan Sentra.
