The Toyota Compact Cruiser Is A Baby FJ EV With All-Wheel Drive. And It's Headed To Production
Toyota’s Compact Cruiser takes one step closer to production as it was awarded with the 2022 Car Design Award. The Car Design Award for Concept Vehicles was presented to Toyota during a ceremony held at the ADI Design Museum in Milan during the annual Milano Design Week and world-renown Salone del Mobile – the Milan Furniture Fair. The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) announced that its manned pressurized lunar rover will have a very apt name: Lunar Cruiser. JAXA and Toyota previously announced and have been conducting joint research on a manned, pressurized lunar rover that uses fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) technologies.

Toyota Had the Biggest WTF Moment at the Tokyo Motor Show
The 46th Tokyo Motor Show 2019 had everything: cutesy-patootie sub-compact cars, bonkers concept SUVs, cool-looking EVs, a new stylish wagon, and then you have this: the Toyota e-broom. Toyota's Going to the Moon
Soon, there will be a Toyota on the moon as the Japanese carmaker and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) announced a collaboration that’ll bring a manned, pressurized rover there. Toyota hopes to further its fuel cell electric vehicle technologies by equipping this manned rover with a cruising range of more than 10,000 kilometers.
